My order from Dr. Chronic was intercepted recently by customs in Chicago. This was my first time ordering and I'm wondering if I should try another order. I'm a bit paranoid, thinking my name is on some customs "watch list" or some shit, so I'm not sure what to do. Common sense tells me just forget about it, but I'd rather not settle for just growing bagseed.

Has anyone here been brave enough to order seeds again, even after getting orders intercepted? Let's hear your experiences.

Im curious also. Ive been wanting to place a order, but am a bit paranoid. Torture, what did the letter say?

In short....

NOTICE OF REMOVAL

"This shipment contained item(s) that were determined to be an illegal importation. U.S. Customs and Border Protection has the responsibility to intercept and seize illegal items when they are attempted to be brought into the U.S. by any means."

The letter then goes on to list Schedule 1 Controlled Substances...
marijuana, hash, LSD, smack, coke, etc.

"These items are considered contraband and are immediately forfeited to the United States."

I wonder what they do with the confiscated seeds? I wonder how many of them get "lost?"

I'm sure they'd find thousands of that shit all the time, there's probably too many to name to worry about keeping a database of offenders. Most likely they're just interested in getting rid of it and possibly finding out details of the sender if they get a lot of seeds coming through from that company all the time. BUT they can't just think you're growing illegally either, they just don't want more marijuana in the country. I'd say not to worry about it, you should be safe to order again but maybe from a different provider?

This is just speaking from my own opinion though, I don't know how the rules of customs apply. Maybe someone else will be able to clear it up for you...

i would try another seed bank. there was a post last week about a site that is gr8 at sending to USA. ill try find link for u.

It is harsh but that is why the kind bud can cost up to 10,000.00 a pound...

In USA street value for a pound is $1,000-$1,500................I think.
