ok, so its been 24 hours since and I'm not as mad so I figure I would put up a post of my misadventure. Here goes, hang on, Lemme hit this pipe and take another xanex.

My wife and I just bought another car from my mother. Its a standard transmission so my wife has troubles driving the car. I dont have a current job or drivers liscense. The liscense got taken away from child support from my previous wife.

We took the tags off my truck(gas hog) and put on the car. I know this is ficticious, but I was goin to go get the bill of sale that day. On this day I had also taken a couple of small buds from my sack at home and brought with me to get my mother stoned.

OK so now I am driving my wife to work(24 miles away), Bud in my pocket, no drivers liscense, ficticious tags, no proof insurance, and warrant in another county(I didnt know bout it?)
I'm driving along and i c a state trooper pass by the opposite direction. I didnt think nothing about it. I look in my rear view about 15 secs later and he is on my ass. I switch lanes to outside(shoulder) lane and he follows. at this point I had told my wife "Oh shit, hes gonna pull me over". There was a mcdonalds about 200 feet away, I turn into thier parking lot and park. Cop follows me in, but drives on around. My wife and I get out of the car and go inside the building. Both of us goto the bathroom, and i return first. The state boy was in the mcdonalds looking for the driver of that car. I told him it was me and my wifes car. He tells me to come out side with him.

Well he ask me ALL the normal questions, and I answered truthfully to ALL his q's. He went back to his car and run my name(fuck!). He comes back and tells me I have a warrant in another county over stupid traffic fines. He said "If "they" want you I have to haul you in" Then he returns to his car and he tells my wife at this time that she can go in and order or do whatever she wants. I sit back in the car and she sits beside me. I hand her my bud and said put this in your purse or something. She goes inside and flushes the shit. Dammit that was some good shit(she don't smoke). Anyways he returns again and said "They want you". He hand-cuffed me and frisked me. The idiot missed the car keys in my front pocket, And i had to tell him they was there to give to my wife. Puts me in FRONT of his car and takes me away to the nearest county jail. I get in there and I had to take my flip-flops off and my belt and wedding ring. Fuckin place is cold as shit and nasty. They put me in their "drunk tank" barefooted! Shit and piss all over the floor. Fuckin nasty! My wife is outside trying to round up 1000 dollars to get me out before the other county comes to get me. This "other county" is a mob based crooked ass town. I would have had to sit a week there with no bond. Anyways I get out about 4 and half hours later with a bunch fuckin tickets. fic tags, no prf ins, drivin on sus dl, warrant served and bonded out. I had a very bad day yesterday and I just wanted to share this with everyone. In the state of Arkansas, watch out for those above the law pigs.

I sat at the office waiting on bond before i got put in drunk tank, and they were laughing bout ppls charges and sentences and just fuckin crooked ass motherfuckers is what they are. The capt and the trooper that busted me were the two nicest ppl In the whole place. The trooper could have had my car towed and left my wife stranded, etc... He did his job, I guess.

Hey I do have a question for all of you all. Can the law pull into a place like mcdonalds, park behind your already parked car and then turn blue lights on? I was in building along with my wife. He had seen my slightly cracked windshield just down the road, spun around and followed to get tag number, And i pulled off. They hadn't replied back to him with my tag number yet, so he made a lap and went around. then turned lights on.

Aw, hell with it, il pay my fines and go on, At least I didnt get a weed charge

Yeah IF i can get my dl and tags and ins before my court date, That will prob be at least reduced, if not thrown out.

county jail sucks. If he saw you driving on a public road he can follow you. Wait a minute, did you say arkansas? Is the mob base county you speak of controlled by a portly gentleman named boss hawg? Are their a couple of town rowdies go by the Dukes that run moonshine and stir up all kinds of mischief?You do have to watch roscoe. He has a big head and thinks he is "above the law"

We all do stupid shit.... Believe me, I've done my share. Over the years I've learned to be smarter.

If I'm going to do something illegal, I plan it out. I think about all the "What If's".
If I plan on doing something illegal and the consequences are great, I make a plan, I think about it, I make sure all angles are covered.

cops aren't "above the law" they ARE the law. sounds like the person breaking all those laws at once felt a little "above the law" themselves. lol

Sorry about what went down, that's some serious scratch your wife had to come up with. Our "step-daughter" moved to Arkansas this year, by the way, she lives in Cherokee Village. She just called a couple of days ago and she's coming out to visit, I'm so excited I can't wait to see her!
