Congrats my friend. We just became grandparents this last January but didn't get to see our granddaughter until this last May (they're in Guam). Have you had the chance to hold your new grandson yet? Please convey my best wishes to the new Mom and Dad and family.

Well I can't speak for Dew-b (and I hope he doesn't mind), but as for me, becoming a father was a wondrous, life changing experience. I still have the surgical scrubs I wore when I carried him from the Delivery Room to the Nursery.

Becoming a grandparent is more of a proud moment that you feel for your child. It also allows you to get back at your kid cuz you can take the grandkid(s)...get'em all "sugared up" and give'm back and let them deal with the forthcoming mayhem.
