that was my first thought....they allready have badass ventilation systems installed....that far below ground, odor and heat wouldn't be problems at all....and "high electric bill??? i live in a gd missile silo!!! of course it will be high...and good luck kickin my door down."

they have the necessary equipment but i guess you would have to stcockpile supplies. also maybe if you have the money to do this, maybe solar would be an option.
