My last cig was May 23, in 2 days it'll be 6 weeks.

I still want it, I still crave it. I haven't touched it though, not even once since I quit. My whole family still smokes, but I make them take it outside.

Luckily I still have my weed, smoking a hitter is similar. No I don't smoke joints, never did like those.

I just feel like whining is all, anyone else in the same boat?

Two months and two days here for me. Thats 7 years after two heart attacks and a few mini strokes. It is a nasty horrible habit, and I would love to have a Marlboro right now.

Ive been thinking about quitting cigarettes.. Ive been smoking for30 yrs now ... I really wanna quit but .. Im weak.. I tried that Chantrix .. and although I smoked less the side effects were nuts .. But good luck to you .. smoking cigarettes is one nasty smelly habit .. I tip my hat to you ... Peace

Just have sex when u want a ciggi.... ^^ or take a pensil in ya mouth so it eases the habit ^^

Nice, man. I haven't had a cig in a year and a half. I tried one a year after and just got really dizzy and felt like shit, those things are nasty!!

started again yesterday

but i only smoke rollitup tobacoo, not those

I quit smoking cigarettes march of 2007 so it's been over a year. it's the best thing i've ever done for myself. i know it's rough and the cravings will quit eventually. 6 weeks is damn good don't fuck up now. :P keep up the great work..it aint easy!
