Man, you know how expensive those things are! You can get a shitty one for 100 bucks. The good ones run you around 700 or so.

I suggest for a 100 dollar budget to spread it out, get a bong, a pipe or two and a bubbler. My nice bong was 54 bucks at a flee market, I was then able to get two pipes for about 20 dollars, I still had 3o left over and was able to get a bubbler and paper. The bong is a fav. for newbies, so is a bubbler. But if you to get more experienced smokers a good cough, go with pipes. If you can get one with a two bowls, and a carb on it. I'll post a picture tomorrow, so people can see exactly what I'm talking about.

Holy shit I had no idea they cost that much, I inherited mine when my best friend moved out of state and didnt want to make the drive with it, guess I got luckier than I thought.

On a $100 budget Id just get a nice glass piece, Ive bought some really nice ones online but cant remember from where.
