im 21 and im quite stressed with alot going on and not had any smoke in ages. cash flow is poor

I mean when you're so entrenched in thought that you can't sleep. Thinking about everything. Career, relationships, family etc...etc..

ahh yea. had that b4. had it about serious things, when i was 19/20 it was about a relationship.

before that when i was like 17/18 i just used to lie in bed an think about pure crap lol, its funny though. i used to get to a point of thinking about something, then id get to thinking about another subject an then id stop an think,... wtf how did i get to thinkin about all that shit.

I'd have to agree...
I was miserably stressed out in my twenties. I was worried about everything like:
My career
My car
Making ends meet
Meeting my goals
My nagging girlfriend
My social life
Buying my first house
Getting over some deaths in my family

What I did to get through my twenties was I got more involved with my church. I became a youth counselor. It helped minimize my problems by helping others with theirs.

That's exactly it. It's like "how can I make everything in my life better." Almost to the point where im overanalyzing it.
