Thank you for the link,there is case law in the link that could be used by a dedicated lawyer to help med marijuana patients should they get raided then put through the usual nazi treatment.

I had a book called The Herb Book by John lust which listed cannabis as an emmenagogue, antiseptic, and abortifacient as well, I think. I've since lost the book, but its the only herb book I know thats listed cannabis...or abortifacients, for that matter.
