I just stumbled across what I believe is easily the best marijuana magazine ever, and its free online in complete PDF form. While Hightimes is great, it is also expensive- and its website offers only half the articles prompting readers to buy the article to read the rest.

Soft-secrets.com is an amazing resources for growers and connoisseur's. I have only read through a couple of full magazines as they are loaded with info and lots of grow product advertising as well. The pictures are quite good, not as specialized as the hightimes tric shots- but they have substantially more bud covered ladies, with user submissions of gorgeous crops and naked women combing to make a not only a good read but an enjoyable flip through the pages.

I encourage all to check it out, Jorge Cervantes does a great Q and A session in every issue. They only publish 6 times a year from the netherlands in multiple languages but there are all issues back to 2004 and most of 03.
