Those hairs need to be about 60-70% orange or red i would say. Maybe 2 weeks?

Great size buds though!

I see no red hairs on the buds,i like to wait until most of the hairs have turned red,having mostly red hairs should coinside with the trich's changing color,with mostly red hairs you'll have a good mixture of milky trich's & honey colored trich's which is optimum harvest time.

Looks like 3 to 4 more weeks to me,dont get caught up in the time frame of the budding cycle,mature buds can take up to 14 weeks to be ready to harvest,watch the hairs & trich's.
