Heres the deal ! I tried the niacin bit and failed but it was only 1 day prior to the test. I think it should be done 2 or 3 days in advance coupled with 3gal/day water. and a bottle or two of cranberry juice (for the urinary tract). Also vinegar helps (like 16-24oz or so). Pickle juice if you cant handle the vinegar.

Niacin does not work well enough for marijuana it might flush out water soluble shit (coke, opiates, meth, ect) but marijuana is going to stick with you. I mix it up with cranberry pills a week before the test and then 2 gallons of water the night before the test and liquid detox an hour before. I have used this system over 10 times and it is golden.
