they were here for an hour or so. they just left. i'm still here.


stupid homeless brother-in-law started sh*t again. he came over and started threatening my wife. i overheard and had to step in. i politely told him he had to leave. you just smirked. so i grabbed the front of his jacket and politely escorted out the patio door. as soon as we cleared the doorway he swung a hard right hook. i ducked. then i spun him around and he swung two more times. that's when the firewood box got destroyed. dude only weighs 100 or something. i had him up over my head without even realizing it. i slammed him threw the roof of the wood box then lifted him, spun him around again a few times and put him to the ground. i had a few words while he was down. then i lifted him back to his feet and pushed him away. I NEVER HIT HIM. i just "controlled" the situation. he walked away. we knew he would call the cops. he already threatened it.


so 20 mins go by. we are out in the driveway waiting for the cops. we just knew he'd call them. my sister-in-law asks me for a few papers. i walk back to my shop and grab a few. i walk out the door and there is a cop in my backyard. i had my bowl to my bong in my pocket because i was loading a bong load when this first started. i had to stick it in my pocket to slam dude around. so i tell the cop "i'll be right back. i need to go get my ID." i run in the house and set the bowl down and grab my ID. all my doors are wide open and i have a jar of weed on the couch. no time to clean up, "fuck it".



so my wife, her sister and mom and I stand out in the back driveway for an hour going over what happened. brother-in-law was trying to get me arrested. bastard just got himself a 2 day notice to vacate from the POLICE. HA HA.

i'm sitting on my couch finally getting the chance to hit this bong.

he's out trying to find somewhere to live.



this has been an ongoing event for 4 years now. some of you may remember previous stories. cops were involved in the past as well. i know he told them i was "growing hella dope". they never even mentioned it. they were kinda wandering around the property a little bit but never went in my shop or yard area. they staye din the back driveway the whole time.

i really hate violence. especially on those who are already down. but dude had it coming. his mom saw what was happening and just walked back inside. she told the cops she wants him out. come monday morning we will be filing a restraining order.

all is well and this bong is cleared.

i feel really bad. he had on a necklace that i think his new g/f gave him and it got broken. he had to pick all the little pieces up out of the driveway. i feel bad when i hurt people.


but on the other hand i will finally get all this crap cleaned up. dude is a packrat.

it's kinda funny. like the peoples court when the plaintiff sues and the defendant counter sues and wins. the plaintiff walks away owing thousands of dollars. same thing here. he called the cops to snitch me out and ended up with a "trespass warning".
