Hey was just thinking about it do you have to be a real doctor to prescribe medical marijuana or could I just have a buddy make me up a card claiming he is my doctor? really what is needed to prescribe people marijuana and is their any religion a could use to be legal? I live in California so laws are to bad and I could get a card but doctors cost and driving two hours or more doesn't sound the like easiest way...And by easiest I don't mean fake must work or I will go get my card because I have a calcium growth on my hand making me not able to hold anything longer than thirty minutes without my hand going numb and useless,Also have insomnia and adhd, and cant take any medication due to a documented stomach ulcer any help would be appreciated.

pay the money and get a real card. People always call and check to make sure that your card is real and the last thing you want is to be caught with a fake one.

no I didn't mean fake card but wasn't sure if it was only legal doctors that could prescribe cards,I was thinking maybe my friend would qualify as my doctor because I was unsure of the laws about issuing cards, I guess I will just pay and make my was to the clinic seeing as I dont drive but could find a ride,Also what would be needed to be considered a patient/caregiver that way I could increase my number of plants?

I'm not trying to pull one over on the system or ruin things for others but I believe like others it is the only thing that can really help me and that I should qualify for it,just wanted to know if their were any other ways to go about being legal but the card will work it just kinda adds more to my discomfort

If you want to prescribe weed of course you have to be a doctor

You have to go to univeristy and then med school

If you want a card for yourself then go to your doctor and ask him.
There is a list of doctor referrals for all of the states if he says no.

I have no problem with getting my card from a doctor its getting there thats hard, far away and don't drive,I know there are many doctors not hard to find then at all,by the way never wanted a fake card if I wanted that I would have made one already just didn't know if you had to be a licensed physician. thanks for all the help everyone and if you have any doctor recommendations please let me know even though I will probably just go to whats ever closest,Also any info on average cost of evaluation and whats needed to be a caregiver / med patient Also if you have any names of strains that really help you sleep and calm down let me know,thanks
