from a medical stand point, Ive received good reviews and bad reviews... if you are just looking for a specific affect they make damiana extracts so you can get what you need (whether that be a stress reliever, antidepressant, or simply a performance enhancer) without the adverse affects... Damiana herb is also known for its infamous side affects which include disorientation, dizziness, headache or insomnia, high blood pressure, kidney malfunction, nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea

lol yeah its pretty bad stuff, but it is also known (mainly in mexico) for being an aphrodisiac. Kind of like chocolate...
