Last night I'm crusin' down the street, smokin' indo, sippin on Cherry Vanilla Dr. Pepper. I get to this intersection and realize I've gone too far and that I need to turn around. So I stop at the stop sign. Then pull a U in the intersection. A cop saw me do it and followed me. I was rolling with two buddies and I was like "Ok guys, don't panic, but thats a cop behind us."
Of course this is the part where his lights come on, and I signal to a stop.
I quickly rolled down my and a few other windows, hit a spray of the axe, got my Driver's License, and put both hands on the steering wheel (As to let the cop know I "care" about is safety)
I give him all my shit and he goes back to his car to run this shit and when he comes back he stands just behind my trunk.
He said, "Josh, can you to step out of the car?" So I did, absolutely confident that I didn't do ANYTHING wrong. I walk to him and he says,
"Have you been smoking Marijuana tonight?"
"No sir"
"Do you have any Marijuana in your car?"
"No sir"
"Has anyone in your car smoked Marijuana?"
"No sir"
"Has anything been smoked in your car?", he said finally.
I said, "I don't light things and inhale their fumes." Almost insulted by the fact that he suggested that I smoke weed. Haha
So he said finally, "So you're from Cloudcroft?"
"Yes sir."
"Well I graduated from Cloudcroft High in 96!", He said.
*5 mins later we're talking about teachers CHS and pies at the local bakery. He said goodbye and that I need to be careful and shit.

So basically last night I got away with smoking weed... somehow... I won that shit with my confidence. I know the law and what he has to do to prove I have doedee.

Today - Sunday, April 06

I was smocking a bowl in the wilderness with a friend because it is such a nice day, when where my car was parked at the camp ground; a sheriff rolled up on my ride and ran my plates. Instantly I get a call from all my friends with scanners. lol I put up my weed and pipe and go talk to the cop. Still being confident I basically told him I was just walking around in the forest... people do it all the time. He told me to have a wonderful day, but he read my plates....
