Just got back

Greetings to All!

I've been back from Amsterdam for a little over a week and I wish I was still there! Why do I have to be here, right where I am, rather than in Holland? I took my two sons with me and in all honesty,,,,,If it weren't for them, (they're both young adults), I would go back in a flash. Linda, my very bestest friend, has told me for years that Amsterdam is where I should be. And guess what?? SHE WAS RIGHT!!! Nice idea but a tad bit unrealistic. Maybe in 10 years or so. Since I can't be there, I started a little grow at home. Got some Snow White just popping out of the soil. So in a few months, I can pretend I'm over there, (drooling just thinking about the end product

). I snapped a ton of pics while over there. We also hung out in Paris for a couple of days. AND.................I did as Matso suggested. I bought a bunch of post cards and a chunk of Black Afghan hash. I put a thin "slice" of hash on each card and put the stamps over the hash. I used a wet wash cloth to dampen the stamps. I also mailed them from Paris. Total success! Everyone I sent to got theirs in just a few days time. BTW: I sent 3 to myself!!!! If you've never been, and one day when you've got the cash, you have to go. Very friendly people, (for the most part), and so much to see. And smoke, of course. I'm not gonna post any photos. that is cool that the hash made it ok.. How much do you think you were able to fit under the stamp? like a gram?

I honestly couldn't tell you what the amount of hash under each stamp was. Much less than a gram though. The "slices" were like a piece of paper. I mean, they were really really thin. But, it was enough for at least one REALLY good buzz or maybe two. The slices were not much thicker than the stamps themselves. But the hash was very good and me and my cohorts, all over 50, haven't seen real hash in at least 20 years.....maybe longer than that even. The main thing is that it worked and my friends all got a nice buzz!!
