Slowly fill your lungs with air and then exhale as quickly as possible. Do it a few times to get it right if you need to.


I did this at the doctor's today, and surprisingly to me even there was a loud, easily noticable wheezing sound when I would exhale. Doc told me that it was due to smoking. I just thought it'd be interesting to see if you guys wheeze or not, lol.

I tryed it but I didn't wheeze or anything like that. I just got very light headed.

yeah I wheezed a little, I could feel the phlegm when exhaling. Thats not too good since I strictly just smoke weed and only been smoking about a half of a year.

my wheezing is dependant on how much i smoke, been smoking quite heavily now for over 10 years and regularly smoke at least 10 per day, i get wheezy though when i start reaching the higher figures and get past 20 poss into the 30 zone

yeah, i had to do that for a medical at work, but instead of just breathing in and out you use that machine that shows lung capacity.

I didn't wheeze. Coughing, but no wheezing. And now the center of my chest hurts a bit... but oh well.

I didn't wheeze either. But I coughed and it gave me a headache. Oh no now I have to medicate. Hehehehehehehehe
