can the police barge into your house and count your meds at any time, if they suspect your dealing o'cs and such ?

yea. my aunt is scribed oxy and perks. this morning cops went into her house counted her pills and said they can do it anytime cause they think were dealing! now something about that jst dont seem right!

If she let them come in, they can pretty much get away with whatever.

Yeah dont let them in and ask for a warrant and if they raid her and dont find anything set up a court date and file charges on the city for harrassing you.

The cops can do whatever they want with little fear of reprise from elected officials or their superiors,its up to you to understand YOUR rights where you live,its also up to you to understand when your rights have been trampled on intentionally.

Where i live cops are taught to break the law,they are also taught that they can do as they like because 99.999% of the time the people they fuck are just glad their gone & dont get legal advice after they've been victimized so its all good.

The 1st person i'd talk to would be a represetative of the American Medical Association & ask for any info on your rights as to prescription drugs,i'd also ask if they have any info on what boundries LEO have concerning legally obtained narcotics.

My 2nd call would be to my lawyer.
