I see in alot of peoples sig lines a little disclaimer, usually to the effect of :

"I do not condone or participate in illegal activities, anything I say or present on this website is merely fictional" etc etc

Is that really neccessary?

I mean, come on, if youre gonna get busted for growing its going to be in the form of LEO knocking down your door with 35 of his closest friends and youll be caught red handed with silver haze. It will be irrelevant if you posted or not about your grow on here or any website. Your postings will never make it to court.

It seems to me that if there were any kind of far fetched investigation via the internet involving your postings here, it really wouldnt matter if you had that little disclaimer or not.

Ive seen the debate as to whether or not its safe or smart to post on forums regarding these things, and obviously the verdict is that we're cool. Why the added paranoia? It seems to me that if youre that nervous about incriminating yourself you wouldnt post at all. So whats it gonna be?

i think it's more of a protecting their ass in the event that anything they put on the site does try and get used against them. more of a procautionary thing than a paranioa thing. by putting the disclaimer, it doesn't mean that they are saying what they are doing is wrong, just ILLEGAL.

maybe,,but in Canada,,a taped conversation is not allowable as evidence,,so why would a typed conversation be any different,,like I said earlier,,it just klikked in my head,,that what were doing is not wrong,,so why try to pump the negative
