Disclaimers - Page 6

I think some people think that it's funny and kind of ironic in a sense......kinda like a "come get me" kind of thing....or maybe a I'm not doing nothing bad kinda thing......so how do you come to a conclusion from that, that you can start judging people on how hardcore of a stoner they are....you don't know them do you? you don't know what their intensions were when they were writing it could have been.......some may be joking some may not, but how do you know....you just don't.........I'm not tryin to be a bastard I was just tryin to figure why everybody judges so quickly about what kind of person they THINK you are.......it's really a mad world.............sad world..............

I never judged how much of a stoner you were,,or you as a person,,I was judging the hypocracy,,of being on a pot growing site,,showing off your grow or grow area,,and then later trying to hide what you have already shown to people,,in my eyes that does not make sense at all,,,everyone knows why were here,,and what were doing,,anyway,,if you'd like to continue this,,I'll be back tonight,,I have to leave for work now

The disclaimers just make me go:

In a way I wish we had a resident lawyer who would come on and state that it wouldnt help your ass one way or another. It just makes you look silly, IMO.

If youre somehow targeted as part of a far fetched RIU-gate investigation, that disclaimer isnt going to deter authorities from collecting information about you and your plants.

If youre busted some other way, youre busted.

Real question: Does anybody think that they will have a case brought agaisnt them with the evidence being solely your online grow journal? Are there ANY recorded incidences of something such as that?

Another real question: would any type of disclaimer really nullify said evidence?

Before you get high, get real.
