Lol I was talking to my friends about the medical benefits of cannabis and then ther was this kid there. He was trying to listen probably around 12... Him and his 15 yr friend went to the elders of the church and he called in me and my mother, then he talked... Saying what I was preaching lol... Saying we no want u talking about marihuana lol I was like they started the conversation... And it's going to be legal soon and omg... I'm glad these were Christians or I'd be gone. My mom is still mad at me and told my bros I told them my dad owned a dispensary lol

I would wager 50% of my Church knows I use MMJ daily. My Pastor lives about 4 houses over and has seen my entire setup... He has seen me "high" which is nothing different then not being high with the exception of the pain.. He knows my family and knows I have talked to my kids about using it..
They also knew I was on much much worse and prefer me to be pain free..

I do believe there is a post on here about the Holy anointing oil contain some MMJ as well

LOL 'church' what a scam
Donate 10% of your earning to us...i'll donate 10% of dez nuts in yo mouth.
...a lot are. And a lot are built on grassroots ideas that have little to do with massive congregations. No offense, but however the money is spent, some of it goes to pay salaries of people who teach. Teachers should be paid, that's simple. Also, people go on missions (for better or for worse :) ) and that is paid in part by that donation basket. Tithing is a spiritual principle that has little to do with money. 10% never had anything to do with cash. It grew into that because we are a cash driven, materialistic society, imo.

I do donate when I can.. BUT.... only because the Church I belong to uses the donations to help others in the local neighborhood. Our Church does not have any decorations hanging on the walls nothing fancy nothing that was not part of the original 100+ year old church.

I held a yard sale when I moved we sold our Kitchen table since we never used it and my pastor purchased it with Church donations to give to another member of the Church who did not have one. I have never been approached to tithe at my Church (but know others do so there)

The Church also sent a Missionary family back to Lebanon ... he grew up there moved here about 15 years ago.. loves the states but feels the needs to go back and preach to the Christians there... now that is a hard thing to decide to do with the family!
