can i get in trouble for this
several hours ago i was at the bar. this one guy was there that is a known pill junkie but also a known snitch. i know him because he hangs out at this house on occasion where i used to buy weed years ago they also sold pills there so maybe thats why he thought i did them. i hate him but always act nice to him anyway cause im not the type to make enemies even though i wish he would disappear cause i hate junkies and snitches. anyways he asked me if i could get any killers. im not sure why he asked me because i dont ever sell or abuse pain killers. i told him i could get him a morphine 60 for $30 and i got it in my car. i said lets go in the bathroom cause i figured there would be no cameras around or proof he gave me money. i said i'll be right back it's in my car. i left and picked up a friend of mine and we went to another bar and i spent the $30 between us. cant beat free drinks. a friend that was at the previous bar and said dude that adam kid is a fucking snitch he was wearing a wire you know. i said yeah i know, i just spend his money and didnt give him shit, i dont sell or even do pills. then they're like dude your gonna get in trouble for taking that money. i said in trouble for what? what proof is there that i took his money? the cops will probably think he spend it on getting fucked up.
anyways. here i am now more sober about to smoke another joint. im kinda paranoid. is this considered theft? i mean there really is no proof i took his money and i dont even have it anymore. they can check my $127 in my wallet and the serial numbers wont match. on any $20s or $10s. im 99% sure this guy was wearing a wire the whole situation had narc written all over it. i just thought fuck im gonna try and steal from these fucking assholes and so far i got away with it. im on camera at the bar though and the guy knows my name. what should i tell the police if they question me? im not worried about drugs cause all i do is drink and smoke week which im legal but scared or like a theft charge or what if the kid had drugs and said he got them from me. although i guess there is no proof of what went on in the bathroom. i was just not going to answer the door if the cops came but i figure they will come back so i will answer and im just gonna play dumb like nothing happen in the bathroom we just took pisses from what i remember. i didnt give him anything in return so i know for a fact theres no way they can get me on a drug charge. i feel kinda stupid now for doing it but kinda good for fucking them over so far. rare chance he wasnt wearing a wire them fuck him hes a junkie and has snitched on a couple ppl a couple years ago so he deserves it. and i was nice enough to buy my friend some drinks. so wtf should i do if the cops come?

LOL i wouldnt be worried about the police bro, I would be worried about getting stabbed for $60 bucks... If hes a junkie then I'm sure he is pretty pissed you took his money and now he cant get his fix.
What I am wondering is why if he got caught up with the police come to you? Cops arent looking for guys with no pills and if thats where he led them the cops would be angry at him not you. They could get a warrant for that to search your apartment. You took the money with the intention of supplying drugs... Its like if I sell a kid some pain killers but they were really Advil, I would still get in trouble for selling drugs regardless of if they are real or not. If they have a warrant it is to look for pills not pot, so you are fine. Dont worry, and dont be a dick. If you "knew" he was wearing a wire why the fuck would you have even taken the money or even talked to him. its pretty fucked up you took his money, even if he wanted to buy drugs with it...

No cops will show up. And unless its just him recording his conversations I don't think cops will set someone up with a wire and send them into a bar to have them start asking random ppl in the bar if they can get him pills. Sounds like a pretty shitty sting operation if the cops were really doing it that way, not to mention a huge waste of time and money trying to bust someone for selling $30 worth or morphine. Ur being paranoid unless u hear about alot of $30 sting ops. Besides the fact that I believe it is illegal to record someone without their knowledge, not sure if that is only phone conversations though.

he wouldnt have the balls to do anything if i ripped him off. he probably trusted me cause my other buddie's friend's house we've met at years ago is his uncle, everyone there has a great deal of trust with me cause they used to front me weed and i've never done them wrong. no one really likes that adam kid cause hes a snitch. the only reason he was allowed at that house is because it's his uncle's and he would never snitch on his family. but his uncle disowned him now a days cause he stole his own uncle's check book and wrote some bad checks.
im actually really starting to not worry so much. i mean it's his word against mine. hes not a cop, just some dipshit informant. theres no proof he gave me any money. yeah i think the cops are gonna be fucking pissed at him for being such a dumbass. remember, i gave him nothing in return. there is no drug evidence. besides that they can even drug test me, i dont do any pills besides asprin or tylenol on occasion.

im really liking this though cause it's like after all these years i finally may have gotten them back. it's petty i just love fucking them over. i'd never rip off a friend. i'd never sell to a stranger or someone i didnt know good. learned that the hard way years ago when i was young and dumb. just hoping this last move wasnt too dumb. so far so good but i dont think cops will come this early in the morning.

heres the short version. i knew a guy was a snitch and had a wire. took his money in a bathroom. gave him nothing in return. spend the money at another bar. waiting for cops to show up. if they do going to deny everything. except being at the bar and seeing him there. i didnt give him any drugs in return nor did i at any point plan to. i didnt even need the money. i just wanted to rip off whatever organization put him up to this cause i hate snitches. i hate junkies too tho.
