Head up man friends come and go true friends are there forever. A true friend you might not talk to for months, then talk on the phone like you just left there house. Ive been in your shoes when i was in high school i ran everything because i had money. Got in trouble with the law the money left and so did the so called friends!! I moved to a legal med state grow my own shit, started my own business, I own multiple properties, have a loving wife a son, and as we speak my second aon should be here by morning! !!!!!! Your doing the right thing you have your head on straight and your reaching your goals. F*** those so called friends lean on family to get you by rough times because your going somewhere and those people you thought were friends will wish one day they never tried to make an extra 20 bucks off you for gas money!! Keep your head up man it will only get better!!

Don't worry it will get better your just starting out, as others have stated friends will come and go (especially once you get married and have kids). Your on the right track, keep your finances in order and get yourself a mortgage you can handle and put as much money on your home in the first five years that you can (you will thank me later)

Someone will come along who respects you and your goals, and then your off to the races.

i plan on buying a modest home.. $60,000 in cash in 2 years. working 2 jobs really sucks terribly but it will pay off. i know it!

hopefully the housing market is still shit in 2 years or else i will be fuuucked.

Bought my first house when I was 21. Best thing I ever did, it gave me a grub stake that no one else my age had. I worked very hard to attain it but it was definitely worth it.

Believe me you are going to have to be very careful once you have that home because there are unscrupulous women out there that will clean you out if you don't protect yourself.
