What he means by "baby country" is that all of you suck on the tits of the people in power, you are dependent on them, you cant even imagine a world without government and people in power, thats how dependent you are on them.

All in all, if everyone looks at their own country, you can find plenty of pros and cons.....except for Canada, that place is awesome.
