    Have you ever told a lie to someone? I think realistically we all have at some point, maybe some more than others.

    So I was thinking, if everyone has told lies, then why is it such a shock sometimes when people lie?

    I guess it has to do with what the lie was about, but do you kinda see what I'm saying?

    I get what you're saying, but it doesn't make any sense in the real world. Just because everyone has told little lies here and there, doesn't excuse heinous, hurtful, or demeaning lies from being shocking.

    Exactly, everyone has, maybe not the pope but everyone else. It does not bother me except when people in power (ELIOT SPITZER) convict people for shit and while he is on break he imports whores, has sex with them and then goes back to the court room and sends someone away for a long time for lying.
