why does my butthole always hurt?

I always get an itchy asshole after a big shit, so I hop into the shower and wash my asshole out. Sounds nasty, but no itchy.

I have had a problem with my ass and nuts and legs for a couple years now, it's like a sweaty rash, I went to a doctor but he was an idiot and tried saying it was fungus and to use tough actin tanactin spray and I did but it didn't help, it is a real problem and hurts and is annoying and wears holes in my underware and pants after awhile, I think I have an overly sweaty ass and nuts causing the problem or my legs are to big and rub together I'm not sure but it is terrible, Any help with my problem would be appreciated and I hope you don't have the same issue I have because there seems to be no cure- Good luck with your butt hole

dude, what's your diet like? Sometime you can sweat what you've eaten especially bad food like chain restaurant foods McD's, BK etc. It's how your body reacts to toxins/unfamiliar food materials it tries to sweat it all out. And bacterial/microbes have dug in that swamp ass festering awhile and I'll wager that could be your problem. Why do you think people who eat McD's smell like it? Good luck to your poor little holwe.
