i didn't even think of it till now. i wonder what the consequences for having a wide open medical grow are. i know in michigan, that unless that shit is locked up like fort knox, you're fucked.

did you ever think that YOU, could be in a load of shit, as their parents are just catchin him now with the pot, and they are spillin their guts as to the neighbor down the road with a whole greenhouse FULL of the shit. likely an investigation has already been started against you. for amking narcotics openly available to children.

were there no trespassing signs posted. if not, i don't think they even broke the law as far as bein on your property. i would say the security of the medical marijuana was entirely up to you. as it should have been.

the most i could put on an invoice would be the cost of supplies and utilities used in production of said plants.

costs broken down per plant:

container: $0.75
soil: ~$1.00
nutrients: ~$0.25
electric: ~$1.00
water utility bill: $0.25
rent space: $1.00
gas for heat: $0.50
greenhouse costs: $0.50
supplies for cloning: $0.50
all of the above for the mother plant: $3.00
all of the above for mother's mother: $3.00
...

some people in this state try to get donations for supplies and utilities of up to $25 or $40 for plants like i had. before i got my method down, i used to give away plants like those for $5 or $10 a piece. they don't cost much to produce.

i don't want any money. my jars are full, my greenhouse is looking lovely. i didn't even have plants planted at this time last year. i'll be fine.

i just want to be left alone and warn these parents and their children about the dangers of their activities.
