i already told him all that lol....and to get rid of everything they "left for him" ....and hes sitting smoking a j lol....id be flipping out right now, im tellin u dude you have to say you never let them in to your lawyer that they said they could and you moved out of the doorway and they walked in...your only way out, oh and you have to get rid of anything illegal and it would be smart to start cleaning your system out!!!

But in all seriousness, I'm sorry that happened I know a few people ridiculed you for being paranoid a few months back but I'm assuming someone you know offline dropped you in it or you had some imperfections in concealment methods (heat/smell/meter readings etc) In any case, it's not a good position to be in. However morbid it is, perhaps we need an 'I got busted' thread. God way to analyze correlations in mistakes people made, LEO action and such..

Swear to god earlier today I was high and paranoid and was thinking about all the RIU glitches lately (obviously the site is under construction and the fact that we're using it while they remake it is pretty cool and some bugs should be expected) but I was high and so I knew that it was the DEA or maybe the FBI and they were hacking the site to get info on commercial grows to take out the big guys. Anyways my highdea of the day was to start a thread (never got around to it, of course) where we would post if we were busted or if we knew for a fact that another roll it up member was busted. This way we could see what was going on away from the site, and know if we needed to be more cautious. I know I am way to lax about my growing. I don't use a proxy, I stay permanently logged in to riu with my password saved on the browser. I used to read grow books at work and my coworkers knew what was up. I work with a bunch of illegal immigrants though so for some reason that made me think I was safe. I think I've convinced them all I started failed and gave up, but I wish they just never knew from the beginning. Damn I just rambled, my bag guys. Sorry about the bust bro, maybe they will forget about you or they just stole your plants and decided to drop it, like a slap on the wrist. I would clean your shit up though and get rid of what you have left. Probably won't change anything, but it's not the worst idea.

Only problem with that is that there's going to be three sheriffs saying otherwise. Also now a lot of cops record stuff, so he could be screwed there.

I WAS GOING TO START ONE asking if 3 busts I heard of could be more on here since I joined 3 months back was unusual like I know what are the chances of people on a marijuana grow site getting busted in prohibition states but Kurt Cobain's Just because you're paranoid don't mean I'm not after you! is still the best damn advice 20 years later... A similar thing happened to me, police were doing door to door as a guy had been murdered outside my block of flats, and I was making dinner in the kitchen next to the front door, my ex girl was in the living room smoking a joint, as soon as I opened the door the cop, was like. I smell cannabis, I am entering your house under suspicion of, blah de bah, I told him, "no you are not and tried to close the door, but he shoved me back into the house and came in and was on the blower requesting immediate backup...Before they took us down the station he was giving a rundown as they told us what they were charing me with and he said. I knocked your door, and you invited me in".......I spoke to my lawyer and he said, You can argue this but it'll get you nowhere. The police will just claim you invited them in. And who are they going to believe, the repsectable copper, or the guy who is growing weed in his home! Get a bloody good BRIEF man. Lawyers are one thing not to be scrimped on. My guy got me off with growing, and basically 5 charges down to a simple possession, and that was only because I had a previous weed possession charge, otherwise I would have got off scott free. Bearing in mind this was in the UK, but cops are cops, they will lie. Good luck with it.

well the only thing i can say is refuse to answer to the lawyer the question of if you let them in until you find out if he has a loophole for you the thing is once you tell your lawyer that hes bound by law not to lie about it...and that is your only way to walk getting the case dismissed...MY ADVICE would of been not to let the cops in lol but now you gotta dig your way out of this mess and the only way to do that without a charge is to lie...and so what how many their are its obvious if one lies the others will based on this he has reasonable doubt and a possibility the jury finds him not guilty or the case gets dismissed..otherwise plea bargain for a misdemeanor and byebye smoking pot for a year and hello fines
