Ill tell you this...WITHOUT a warrant,they DONT come in PERIOD!! You are on private property and the police must show an abundance of proof(not only a snitch)to obtain a search warrant. NEVER NEVER NEVER let them in without a warrant!!!!! If you sold to a cop that means they would have come back late tonight with dogs and all to serve the warrant. Otherwise just a snitch IS NOT enough to get a search warrant. You need evidence! That is why they came to your house today. To obtain evidence and get a warrant! Call an attorney ASAP!!
