I was so stressed after they left because I was fully prepared to go to jail. They were gonna ask me to snitch, i'd politely pass and then they'd take me downtown. It kinda feels like a dream, however, my grow room is very empty at the moment.Oh, well, time to move to cali

You sure it was a cop and not just someone dressed up as cop,so he could scam you out of all your equipment.

Ok,so you've been in prison before..are you on parole? I guess if you were,they would have taken you right in. Did they come in with a search warrant? I didn't see anyone ask this question. If they didn't then you are good,just as long as you did NOT invite them in. If they did have a search warrant,they came to gather evidence,provide info to the D.A., and let them decide if it is worth prosecuting. That is why they will "get back to you in a week". If it was a personal grow,and you did not have a scale,baggies,or any pricing information written anywhere you won't be charged with sale or attempt to sale unless you sold to someone and they ratted you out. Good luck with everything! If it turns out O.K.....Get you ass down here to California!

Let me paint a better picture for everyone:

I was in my bedroom tending to my American Terriers new litter of puppies and my other dog starts going crazy at the front door. So i knew someone was there, however when I opened the door to look, its a fucking sherrif. Big one too. He introduced himself and asked if he could come in and talk to me. I said, no we can stay on the porch, he insisted again and again I said on the porch. So we started talking and he told me that the sherrifs department had been given information that I had a grow op. He asked if they could come in and look around(3 cops, 3 sherrif cars)I said no. He procceded to tell me that they could go and get a warrent if they had to but they wanted me to cooperate.After talking/arguing for a few minutes, and after they said that they had to clear the house to make sure no one else was home, I gave em permission. They were gonna search my fucking house anyways. I guess its a legal loop hole for them.

After that, there was no point in hiding anything, so I tried to be very polite and in return they were also very kind. Probably the nicest police i've ever encountered in a situation where i was getting in trouble. They let me asnwer the phone when my GF called. She was upset and I was trying to calm her down, all the while the cops were bagging up evidence, listening. I saw one of the officers smile real big when I was calming her down telling her it would be ok. In hindsight I now believe that he knew that I wasn't going to jail. Anyone who has expereince with the police know that they like to make you sweat.

Look everyone, I'd like to belive that they weren't cops, but all the equimpent in their cars, the radios, the police trailer that took away my stuff. It was all very convincing...lol

ALso, please keep in mind i'm not in the city. Small town type area.

Just gonna carify that these dudes told me that they had to "clear the house" to make sure no one else was there. I mean wtf? I never planned for that. These bitches said they were gonna go through my house and check for people, so yup, I told em they could come in.

Its easy to say what your gonna do when cops show up at your door, but when they are saying that they have been told that YOU have a grow op, and they are gonna search the house for people anyways, PLUS the fucking K9 unit. That looks like game over to me.

I"m just growing a little weed anyways.
