I live in Texas and it was about 92 today and we will have at least 3 more mos. of that high or higher. Last year set a record for most consecutive days over 100. I hope your not moving to Houston, I have always been told it is one of the hottest places on earth, because of the humidity. Yes people are friendly and helpful here. If you like BBQ and drink beer you'll fit right in. Where are you moving to?
