ur rite welsh stoner, the red light area is a sting of average dutch weed over priced, best 1s around tht area r grey area n amnesia, got silver bubble n original east coast sour diesel n casey jones at grey area n at amnesia they had lsd x cheese 25thc 1.8cbd was a heavy stone good lasting trip, a few other out area were good, mellow yellow, dampkring, greenplace, city hall n barneys for the odd strain, New strains and places now tht was over a year ago i was there, but about the dutch social security number needed for buying weed for locals only, there saying tht the amsterdam citizens will not buy passes and continue to buy over counter and owners will sell to tourists as companys will go bust, keeping it decriminalised is best way as some1 told me b4 if it was legal then u would have big companys selling weed and smaller shops will be pushed out and these smaller places could have better strains also if u stopped tourism from the dam trip smokers the tax lost over time would cost the city and itll be a shit hole ha. It was sold under the counter away back in early days thats how its got to what it is today so i hope the coffeeshops keep selling to every1....... bonnie scot

well im in the middle of looking for the best priced package but they all coming in around 300 quid mark excluding judges passes and transfers, was thinking of "rail and sailing" it and finding sumwer when out there but not been during cup time so dont know if it'd be rammed and me and the mrs be on the streets and bridges with the crack heads all night, eek gulp!.... by the time we get train from swansea to london it pretty much equates to the price of package inc. flight and accomodation.... no brainer!!!! am deffo up for a smoke off too, @ the cannabis cup, i only joined this site tonight, primarily to comment on this post as its what came up in google when i typed 'cannabis cup forums' to find out more about it. first persons comment i see is a fellow welshman's and he's even from the same football team as me.... hee hee!!!! not sure if he a season ticket holder yet but sure ill find out in time... welsh stoner????? lol.

Megabus do a service to Amsterdam for cheap. National Express will do it for £50 return from London. It's £4-£12 to get a coach from Bristol to London so I imagine it's about the same from Wales.

OMG I just checked and it's £7 Swansea-London. 5 hour journey though, but if you get baked before you leave and have friends and munch it will be fun. Also, the bus will be pretty empty. Trains to Amsterdam from London are around £100 but if you can handle another bus journey it is only £12-£15

It's a road trip, make an adventure of it. Better than being stuck on a plane for the same duration, and if you have a laptop to keep you busy, the bus has power outlets and free Wi Fi

Also GO CAMPING.

Fuck the hostels, they are expensive. I had the time of my life in a campsite full of stoners with a special mini supermarket literally 10 paces from us with a neverending supply of smoking paraphernalia.

Sod bus journeys lol. My flgihts to amsterdam were not that expensive last time i went, and now that i actually have a job and am not peniless and on bail, i'll jut pay the extra £20 and fly there Then just get a bus or train from the airport into the city. With all luck i should be A ok to visit come cup time Know that the cup just makes it an almost inferior experience, but it's something stoners should do once i guess.

yes mate ive got season ticket im up by the lune with the drum,in fact 4 of us are and we got a scummer coming too(he the entertainment lol)

pmsl, where you gonna be staying dude, im thinking of boking onto that Botel thing, summin different or the Blue ????? Hotel and the Hemm (cheap and nasty by the look of the reviews). Im in the south/family stand m8, take the 12 year old daughter every week and my 21 year old son, neither of whom are coming to the cup with me btw but they were both young uns when we bought the season ticket and ive kept same seats since, not missed a game for 3 and half years and been to a few away games too, most memorably, Wembley and QPR (1st game this season)... you gonna be there for opening ceremony on the sun? i was planning to go on the early monday morning flight from bristol?????

Nor mate we won't make opening ceremony we got that first flight from Bristol on the Monday lol. We had booked a hotel above a coffee shop,but they changed it to a hostel so we booked a apartment in the Leidseplein area instead,it worked out cheaper to.

think we're on the same flight en dude, see ya at the airport.... i be wearing a swans top, aint decided on home or away yet, and my mrs about 4 ft 2 so wont miss us pmsl. the smoke off is ON!!!!!!!
