    One thing I've noticed about DXM is the very long recovery time and the feeling of fear/depression it brings. (Urca, hold tight the next coupla days!) I still noticed it on day 3. I love ketamine but cannot stand dex. cn

    Personal opinion -

    Don't take 18 of anything. 18 is just too high of a number to start out with. You should always test your tolerance to something before you take large amounts of it.
