I had to shell out over $1500 already to try attempt to settle this legally. He says if he loses, "50 more sites will go live that will all be very damaging to me and my business". I have him saying this on a recording before, and after, I told him i was recording him.

take him to civil court bro. find some shady ass ambulance chasing attorney. tell him he can have 70% of the damages if you odn't have to pay anything up front. you have a liable and slander case. those websites have hurt your business. sue his ass dude. if the attorney won't take it on contingency then let me know and i'll pay for him. lol.
