hey does anyone know why some peeps say to put warm water in one of the chambers? doesnt make much sense to me

and heres the answer:

Basically, the principle goes like this: Most of the carcinogens in marihuana smoke are water-soluble. THC is not. Therefore, the bong was invented to remove carcinogens and to cool the smoke. However, warm to hot water does tend to remove more carcinogens than does cold water, so using hot water would seem to make the smoke much safer to breathe (and still avoid lung cancer), except that the point of cooling the smoke is lost.

panda, ever thought about using a vaporizer? No cancer badness at all there, just THC in vapor form.

yea i had one but i sold it for an ounce when i was dry once


i liked it but after a while i got sick of it and longed for the pot smoke in my lungs

also i hated having that leftover stuff. its like it still gets you high but tastes like shit
