time to switch up the routine. today was bicep/legs
back to back squats@115 for 15/20 reps then right to 60lb preacher curls for 4 sets. i added an extra set of squats
4 sets of hammer fist preacher curls at 85lbs for sets of 12
3 sets of 21's with an ez bar at 65lbs usin wide/close/normal grip
back to back close grip palms in pullups 10-12 reps then to calf raises at 135 for 20-30 reps for 4 sets
lastly 3 sets of hammer fist rope curl 70lbs for 4-6 reps
cant wait till tomorrow chest an abs yayyyyyyyy. i really hate bench! lol
