Like anything they'd be a good fight on lighter tackle. We never go fishing for them specifically though. They'll run up on your long riggers all the time when you are billfishing so you are getting them on 20's and 30's which is just too big a reel to even feel them. You end up just winching them in. I've gotten a few on fly rods and light tackle. They are fun. They love to jump. Great meat though. My favorite next to tuna. Perfect for ceviche and fish tacos.

420/favorite day, opening of fishing season. Its almost like another 420 get really baked and muder them fish. Cant wait until may!

The salmon are starting to come up the river near my house. The suckers are moving out and some smelts are around. Shouldn't be much longer till we start slayin" the salmon. Can't keep them in this river but, fun catching a 5lb one on a fly rod. Now, if the rain would just let up!
