I wouldn't reccommend it...I tried that shit once and it wigged me out dude. I felt like someone was holding me in a corner and reality split into 2 sections...everything important was to the right and everything that didn't matter was to the left. When I came out of it I was burning the fuck up for like 2 hours afterward. I didn't like it at all.

its worth a try, some like it some dont...i personally love phsycedelics so salvia was a great find for me....id pay 20 bucks a gram of good salvia, if i was u.

You need to smoke a lot to feel the affects. Use a hookah pipe if you have one and load the bowl full. You can buy the leaves off ebay.

Dude I took one rip off a normal bowl and felt that shit.

salvia can have really strong effects but it can also not work at all with some people. You'll want to smoke with something that will allow you to smoke the most in the least amount of time so maybe a bong. Idk about buying it from a dealer though unless he knows personally/its labeled what strength it is. I would look for 20x. You can buy it in head shops or some small cigarette stores if it's legal where you are

yeah salvia is pretty potent and in the UK it is 100% legal.
i've had some crazy salvia trips. and acid trips. and mushroom trips.
but i don't do that shit anymore ... i prefer to smoke weed, cos it's much easier to steer my consciousness through weed and meditation.

Only downside I found was you have to hold it for like 30 seconds. I would also recommend use a jet lighter.

You can either buy extracts or make your own. Look online for a tutorial, its really easy.

You can find a ounce of salvia leaf for about $10 which will make you over 5 grams of 5x (or 2+ grams of 10x and so on).
