Ive just tryed to use my paypal to pay for an elite membership and its asking me to register my credit card to pay pal ?

Ive all my cards already registered why does it ask to register a new card ? Did this happen with every 1 else ?

Is there a way i can just send it stright from paypal to roll it up with a cerial no.

Its asking for all my cards details to register that card when i try and pay via RIU but when i go into paypal website all my cards are already on there
