    Well I bought 1 from them got the ext warr. brokr 2 weeks past store warr.
    My ext warr. was to have this repair place in New York send me a bow UPS Ground to me in Calif.
    The first box was too small so they send me another 3 weeks to this point.
    Boxed up my TV sent it to NY get call 1 1/2 weeks later said I didn't put in the paper work
    so I have\d to send them new pw..
    Any way it took them 6 1/2 weeks to fix the TV and it came back with a line in it too.
    I talked to a guy that said he worked at unloading those big shipping cargo boxes and it's all about getting
    them unloaded fast just throw stuff on the conveyor and don't worry about treating it like it was fragile..
