Going Ice Fishing tomorrow!

Pumped, second day out on the river. Havent done much ice fishin this year.
Looking forward to the nice weather and the festival on the river tonight. Beer Gardens i love them.
Anybody else ever go ice fishin?

would love to go fishing period theres not allot to do around here.

I tried it last year, bought all the gear and everything, then remembered I hate the cold and missed my plants.

Probably would've enjoyed it more if I caught some fish.

Never been ice fishing. A little cabin on the ice and some smoke, thats sounds like a sweet time. Every year I buy a license and use it one or two times don't catch shit and usually just end up wasting $40 on said license. This year I went ahead and got some Tilapia and put them in my fish tank. Then when the weather warms I'm gonna put them in my pond and wait for them to get all big then I'll do some successful fishing.

I go every Sunday. This year the winter is warm and there ain't much safe ice locally. You got to travel and hit the higher elevation ponds. It's been a odd year weather wise for sure. Let see a tornado in June (extremely rare here) then a hurricane followed by a mini earth quake followed by a freak pre halloween blizzard that canceled trick or treat and caused an epic power outage. Next it will be the Locust.
