right on, g/f! but you'll need some kind of stabalizers. i use those for deep, stretching sit-ups. you'll roll all around to keep your ballance...especially if you getting pounded.

personally i want the swing. but if that's you in your avatar, whatever position you want is o.k. with me. ...if i wasn't married.
