Im a landlord and my only income is renting my house. When i got made redundant i started to rent my house and moved in with my girlfriend makes sense. My tenant hasnt paid rent for over a month. Ive borrowed money off my girl. My tenant said he would pay me when he gets paid as he overspent xmas. He was supposed to get paid last monday. Its friday now and he hasnt answered or returned any of my calls. My girl is broke and so am i. I pre pay for my electricity so i have a key and i put money on the meter. My electricity is low will run out on monday. I think i will have to sell a few buds to get by. I didnt intend to sell any buds. I just grow for personal use. Looks like i may have to, to survive. I hope that i get the rent money before i have to sell anything. I will just tell my mates i can get them some good weed. I will say to them if they want any i will pick it up for them. If my tenant hasnt paid by monday i will kick him out. And will sell a few buds so i can eat just until me or my girl gets paid.

i will kick him out on monday. If he starts any shit I will get evil on him. What i will do is serve him an eviction notice letter. And on monday if he hasnt paid or is gonna move out. I will cut of the electricity and gas supply to my house. That will fuck him up the bastard.

My mum has had this problem as she rents out property too. People who start with this no paying bullshit only continue to pay less and less. Kick his ass out on monday, dont take any more bs from him and try to find a new tenant asap. Good luck.

i also rent out 2 homes.
worst thing is renting to friends and family./
they never pay, and you cannot sling em out.
go through an agency, let them have the hassle of getting your money.
but now i make them pay 2 months in advanceand bond., and since then no worries.
when you kick him out, just put all his things in the garden and change the locks.
sounds like hes never going to pay rent.

Thanx for the offer but i will be ok. I would never use this site to sell buds. I might get rid of some to my mates just coz im in the shit. I didnt grow to sell just to smoke. And once my girl gets paid i wont have to. Im selling a few buds so my electric wont cut out and that my females get the full light that they need.

no dont confront him and ask him to leave, he may then just squat, and change the locks, then you will never get rid.
if he hasnt paid by monday.
just go into "your home" and put all his stuff into bags in the porch or garden, and you change the locks.
cos somtimes is hard to get rid, of the free loading fuckers.
