I thought the joke was mildly amusing, myself.

I did see this on TV the other day. It was some crazy shit. It didn't get up and walk around it just layed there alive and conscious blinking and stuff. Pretty crazy.

But yes I can concur the story as I saw it too.

well, what good does it do to put a monkeys head on another monkeys body, if they can't use the body. I seriously doubt that this guy had the ability to attach all parts of the monkeys central nervous system. I mean, it's pretty impressive, that he was able to manage keeping the animals bodies alive without the brain, but... seriously. and as for seeing something like this in the medical field, not just paraplegics, but those who are gender confused. no more slicing dicks open and putting them inside you, they could just put your confused head on another body. Imagine that.

yeah to be honest with you, after watching the video the guy's fucked up.

and so are the people working with him. it's absolutely pointless. he killed 1 and a half monkeys so he could say he transplanted a head. I'm all for testing on animals before humans for medicine, when it comes right down to it. but that's just stupid. and looking at that poor monkey, I empathize with it, confused looking around at a bunch of guys in green and bright lights and he can't control his body. and he's not smart enough to understand whats going on. you could see his eyes were so sad.

But they wouldn't be killing humans to do it!! Somebody would donate their body and then it would be done. So a monkey dies, ok! But it's the same with stem cells. You have to give a little to gain alot! Once again, the purpose was to help paralyzed ppl. So the operation was a success.

ask someone whose paralyzed from the waist down if they want to move there head onto another body. I think it hasn't been practiced on humans because it's an unpleasent idea. I'm not crucifying the guy, I just feel bad for the monkeys man.
