i swear down, when i sleep i try and kill myslef or beat myself up or some mad shit.

i always wake up with injuries lol, ive woken up with a fat cut on my nose, arm n leg. woke up with a fucked neck that i couldntmove, a fucked leg. and today i woke up at 7am this morning and it feels like my arm pulledout from the socket, my shoulder fucking kils. i wish it would fall off lol

Do you got an old lady? Maybe she layin the boots to you when your sleeping! Also if you eat right before you go to bed it causes night mares. If I eat before bed Im killing people left right and center in my dreams. I find eating cheese is the absolute worst and that turn me into a serial killer. So no eating before bed time

Same thing has happened to me. I remember when i was younger i blamed my mom. I accused her of hitting me in my sleep. Because i had woken up that morning with a busted lip. It was swollen and had a cut there too. She denied it and said i probably bit myself in my sleep. But i still don't believe her to this day. She had a smile on her face while denying it.
