1. During the night the male body produces all of its testosterone. This cause the WOOD... As men get very tired, they often get spontaneous erections.
2. The penis also gets hard to stop URINE FLOW while the body is sleeping
3. Believe it or not.. for most young men 8-12 hours can be a long time to go without ejaculation.
