yup and i forgot to mention drinkin water days and days b4 ur test is such a waste even 2 days b4 is a waste( 1 day b4 dont go crazy waste still) because all water does is dilute the thc in ur piss it does not get rid of it so u will be wasteing ur time the mornin of test is when u should start but 2 hours b4 go crazy wit water or maybe gatorade idk n take the vitamin that turns ur piss yellow i think its b-12 idk?

Thabks guys, I had been excersising everday this, and even went on a no carb and sugar diet....dont know if it helped but since then i would burn keytones. well i just did a home test and past...so i think im good

Im 6'3 190 i was on probation and i smoked a fat blunt the day before i had a test cuz they pulled a quick one when i showed up to check in but i stay heathy and work out like 3 to 4 days a week and at least drink 9 glasses a day the day before i had the test i drank like 24 cups of water and took like 25 pisses cuz i smoked i did this just in case and when i took the test i pissed most of my urin in the stall and put the last bit in the cup i ended up passin the test all the little dots where there but faild cuz they asked me before i took the test if i was going to pass or fail and i said i dont know they then asked me when is the last time i had smoked and i told them i did like 3 weeks ago so i got faild cuz of telling them that but by telling them i did smoke 3 weeks ago i didnt get a test since then and its been 4 months i think they didint test me cuz i was real and just told them a half truth or what they wana hear if the test is faild so if this happens to you i would do the same thing and to get it out of your body the best way is to stop 2 weeks before test work out untill you work up a good swet like a good 45 min with 25 min of runing 4 days a week drink at least 9 glasses of water a day with dayly vitamins and also drink a detox tea you can get at any heath food store and try to piss as much as you can in the time untill your test do this and your good your probation will be inspecting only the finest of health clean piss so clean tell them to have a sip lol but this is what happend to me and i wish all my fellow pot heads good luck with probation and dont get in trouble cuz thats what they whant you to do thats how they get payed and thats how the system works ight then i hope i helped peace
