Ladies forum?????

I am making this thread in hopes that the ladies here can have a separate forum.

And no I don't mean one so that it is the only place we go.
I like to check out lots of places here.

It just would be nice to have a place just for woman so we can chill and chat without the worry of being hassled by any guys.
Lets face it, there are some topics that women like to discuss that men are just NOT interested in, nor should they be

Most of the men here are gentlemen and super nice BUT there are a few scary dudes here also.

What do you think ladies? Is it too much to ask?

After my 'chick status' thread, which was meant to be humourous, was sabotaged, it got me thinking about this.

I'm not trying to cause any conflict. Honest!

Lacy I think its a excellent idea. My post last night got hijacked by men..We ladies are out numbered on here..Would be nice to have a ladies place to post in..lets hope it will happen..

I started a thread that I thought was obviously light hearted and made for fun and I got attacked and my thread got closed down.

It was a great thread so I am sooooo hoping that the women here start speaking up.

I'm not for dividing us up because that would make it really boring BUT it would be nice to have a place where we don't HAVE to PUT up with some of the jerks here. There aren't many but I don't understand why they have to sabbotage anybody's thread. So what if I'm childish. I wasn't hurting anyone.
That was upsetting. I didn't deserve that kind of treatment.

Well I hope you get the forum that you are looking for, and I agree, many of the male users here irk me with their own brand of "wit" I hope you have never felt I flel into the category of men who need a good slap!

Thank you for your support Dankie and no you never came close to falling into this category.

Like I said, most of the men here are very respectful and treat us woman kindly BUT there are some 'jerks' here and it would be nice to have a safe retreat where they can't go, if and when we feel somewhat threatened.

Maybe its just me.

Hey Lacy, great idea. I am in. I agree that a couple of guys here are jerks, not naming any names, we all know who. But for the most part everyone here is cool. RIU is an awesome place to come and chill out. If we can't have a forum of our own, please recognize us in some way as females and not just hey dude or Mr. Ganga, lol. Yep I went there again . For all the grower chics here, u rock!
