WHy do you want to know who owns the house and who lives here? who owns the house you live in and who lives there. You don't have to answer any questions. And you do not have to let them in your house. Matter of fact you should not answer any of their questions. If you really want to see them get mad repeat every question they ask. Oh you want to know who owns the house? Why? 10 or 20 minutes of this. well its been fun gentlemen, I have given you enough of my time, you all need to leave so I can go about my business. VV

The reason i ask is.. i was recently busted for letting ICE agents search my home. The story is ...... THey came in, and they asked, "CAN WE COME IN?" I said ok, Then they asked. "who owns this house?" I said my father. "Who else lives here?"

Basically they just fished out all the info they needed without knowing nothing of us and our home. I found out later it was a random "check up" I let them search my home, and they find my grow, they call police department, and narcs come and take my LEGAL grow. (medical marijuana patient)

I just want to know what i can do in the future if this happens again. What are my options. Help a brotha out

dont let cops in w/o a warrant. by open the door and shut it behind you. ask to talk outside etc. the cops have no right to come into your place w/o that warrant

You: Do you have a warrant?
Copper: No.
You: May I call my attorney?
Copper: Why would you need an attorney? You are not under arrest.
You: Am I free to go?
Copper: Yes.
You: Good-bye.
