I happen to live in the great state that is California where medicinal marijuana is legal. I am thinking about applying for a card on the grounds that I have a documented history of anxiety and agoraphobia and I feel that marijuana helps calm my nerves and make socializing easier. Anyone have any thoughts?

I'm going to, believe me! Luckily Oakland is only a few hours away and one of my friends knows a doctor who basically hands them out. Hoping to score one from him.

NewYork is in the process of passing a law... or not, legalizing the use of medical marijuana.

If anything come to Cali. In Santa Cruz if a cop sees you smoking a joint and someone else breaking a different law (even if it's a minor thing) the cop is LEGALLY required to go after the other person first. If they don't the case gets thrown out.

this once actualy happen to me... I was walking down the block smoking a joint, and there was a groude of people acroos the street striping a car, taking the tires, radio, cds, everything.... and A cop drives by. so I'm like oh cool, there going to bust these crazy people. and they slow down and totaly ignor them, look at me, pull over serch me, and take my joint... while the people continued striping the car... and than they just left... it was insain... I dont get it... cops are evil

Yeah cops are fucked up. Luckily a lot of the cops here will just take your weed and just leave without writing anything up. They only search if you fuck up bad.

they srch you just for walking around here. I try not to walk around too much but they still search me here and than, not so much anymore. but yea all they do is take your stuff, unless you have alot... and than even sometimes they let you go
